About the Event
During this 60-minute workshop, we dig deep into why many moms don't feel like they deserve real, consistent self-care and why that can impact our health, relationships and parenting. We then begin working on action steps to begin changing the viscious cycle of burn-out and start designing a life of balance that we can feel great about. Journals will be provided!
